Is the meat in the soups real?
Yes, 100%! We don't use artificial meat-flavored powders.
Our soups feature real, high-quality pork, beef, or chicken that has been slow-cooked in Jalisco to preserve its traditional texture and rich flavor.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are proudly made in Jalisco, Mexico, in a charming town called Lagos de Moreno. We handle production locally with authentic processes, and from there, our soups are exported and distributed all across the United States.

Are Pozolazo soups high in sodium?
We use sea salt and real ingredients—nothing artificial.
Our sodium levels are crafted for a full, satisfying meal, not a light snack. That means bold, authentic flavor with the right nutritional balance to keep you full.

Preparation & Storage
How do I prepare my Pozolazo Gourmet Experience?
It’s quick and easy! Boil 11.8oz (350ml) of water, place the product in a pot, once boiling, cook it for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure even heating. Finally serve with your favorite toppings like: lime, lettuce, radish, onions, and enjoy it with tostadas.
How do I prepare my Pozolazo ON-THE-GO?
It’s quick and easy! Just add boiling water up to the fill line, cover it, and let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes so the real meat and authentic ingredients can rehydrate perfectly. Stir well and enjoy!
How is the meat in your products preserved?
Our meat is preserved through a cooking and freeze-drying process that maintains its flavor, texture, and quality.
This method removes moisture without compromising its properties, so it does not require refrigeration before preparation and, once rehydrated, it regains its authentic taste.
What is the shelf life of the products?
Thanks to our packaging process, our soups stay fresh for up to 24 months without losing their authentic homemade flavor. You can check the exact expiration date printed on the bottom of your Pozolazo.

Do you ship nationwide in the US?
Yes! We ship to all 50 states across the US, including Alaska and Hawaii, right to your doorstep.

What is your return policy for food items?
Due to safety and food regulations, we cannot accept returns on food products. However, your satisfaction is our priority!
